The Biden administration put a hold on an ammunition shipment to Israel over the weekend just as it seemed like the power was gearing up to launch the killing blow on Hamas in Rafah. Hamas also finally agreed to a ceasefire proposal drawn up by Egypt and Qatar Monday (convenient timing).
